This awesome work of three-dimensional art, that tickles our fancy both as fans of Batman and graffiti, was created by a talented artist named Perspicere. Entitled BATMAN, the sculpture depicts the projection of the unmistakable Bat-signal as threads of white string shooting out of a black can of spray paint.
Perspicere used a mathematical technique to create the Bat-signal by filling the negative space with thread woven into geometric patterns. It’s a beautiful sight, but we can’t help thinking it might be a rather inefficient way to summon the Dark Knight.

The start of my craft-themed half-sleeve tattoo. Enjoy.
<3 Not Your Average Hooker
A wonderful tutorial for making a hook clutch!
The awesome thing is that these are crafty fake tattoos. The more awesome thing is that I already have a real yarn ball + thread spools tattoo, and am looking forward to continuing my sleeve with all of the pictured items (replacing the needles with a hook of course).
